Mihai Luca
Apricum is pleased to announce the appointment of Mihai Luca to the position of analyst.
Mihai will support the continued growth of Apricum’s financial advisory and transaction practice. Mihai brings several years of transactions and M&A experience in sectors including energy, retail and automotive.
Mihai joins Apricum from EY in Munich where he most recently worked as a senior consultant in strategy and transactions M&A. Prior to that he gained experience at KPMG and EY in Luxembourg and Munich in risk advisory and financial advisory services where he completed several internships.
Mihai holds a master of finance from the Imperial College Business School in London, and a bachelor of economics from the University of Mannheim in Germany.
