Apricum – the Cleantech Advisory is pleased to welcome Parrvathee Rejitha to its Berlin team. As team assistant Parrvathee, known as ‘Parru’ by friends and colleagues, will provide valuable back-office support to the Apricum team while also managing the reception desk at Apricum’s newly-redesigned headquarters.
Parru brings to the role her strong organizational skills and a passion for education that will enable her to make a strong impression as the first contact clients and prospective employees often have with Apricum. Prior to joining Apricum, Parru spent seven years building professional experience in education in both Germany and her native country, India. Parru has also volunteered with several NGOs, most notably Lions Clubs International where she delivered organizational support to their projects providing accessible healthcare to underprivileged women and children.
Parru earned a master’s degree in English literature in India as well as a master’s degree in English and American studies from the University of Augsburg. Her motivation for enhancing intercultural engagements was recognized through multiple scholarships – including scholarships from University of Augsburg for ‘especially engaged international students’ as well as from DAAD. As part of this scholarship, Parru was an active member of the international student community, where she had the opportunity to coordinate and work with diverse people in intercultural platforms such as organizing several international cultural evenings and other events.
Passionate about intercultural workplaces and diversity, Parru has an eye for detail and enjoys reading and traveling in her free time.
